Cosmetic Thermotherapy and Cryo Therapy can be layered in to a Bespoke Facial with lovely results. It involves the therapeutic application of heat and cold via an electrical massage devise to produce heat and cold shock proteins that help cells to regenerate. Using both within one Treatment helps to stimulate the fibroblast cells for increased collagen production. The overall effect is to leave the skin feeling revitalised, tight, firm and vibrant.

Heat is used towards the beginning of the Facial to:
* stimulate the circulation and the metabolism of the skin
* relax muscles
* boost the penetration of vitamins and other nutrients and actives in to the skin
* enhance skin radiance and luminosity
* stimulate collagen production.

Cold is used towards the end of the Facial to:
* energise the skin
* contract pores and reduce enlarged pores
* seal active ingredients previously applied in to the skin
* reduce the appearance of visible capillaries, calm redness
* reduce puffiness
* tighten and firm the skin

The temperature and movement of the massage device are controlled for your comfort.
