This is a rich moisturising cream which can be used on the face and the body.  It is perfect for dehydrated, flaking, sensitive skin, irritated and itchy skin and eczema and can improve the symptoms of psoriasis. 
This unique cream stabilizes the moisture balance within the skin which is one of the reasons it is helpful for psoriasis which has been found to get worse in conditions of low humidity.  It strengthens the skins barrier making it useful for all skins and particular skins where the barrier function has become weakened.   It  also softens the skin and spreads and penetrates well without leaving a greasy residue.   Moisturiser Plus can also be used for dermatitis on the hands.

Directions: apply to face and/or body after cleansing twice a day or more often if needed to begin with.  Urea increases hydration and stops the itching but it can cause mild stinging if applied to open skin so avoid any areas where the skin is injured.
