Biomimetic Facials are Bespoke Skin Repairing Treatments using the Dermaviduals product range and will be customised for your skin on the day of your Treatment and can include Electrical Facial Therapies.

Dermaviduals products are biomimetic.  This means that they are formulated with skin identical ingredients that work in harmony with the physiology of your skin.  Skin identical ingredients are ingredients such as ceramides, triglycerides, squalane, phospholipids, sterols and hyaluronic acid.  They work to strengthen the barrier function, creating healthier more youthful looking skin that is less prone to problems and premature ageing.

Strengthening the skin's barrier function helps to prevent inflammation in the deeper layers of the skin.  This is important as chronic inflammation ages the skin and slows down the processes of repair and renewal.

This makes the Dermaviduals Facials suitable for all skin types and conditions and effective where other products fail for dry skin, sensitive or sensitised skin, rosacea, eczema, mature and ageing skin.

The range includes a diverse range of Actives - vitamins, antioxidants, anti inflammatories, plant extracts and other skin boosting ingredients.  Unique combinations of these can be included in Treatments and Home Care, mixed up in masks, creams and serums, allowing for Treatments and Home Care to be truly bespoke.

These Actives come in enhanced delivery systems which means that the Actives can penetrate beyond the stratum corneum to reach the emerging skin cells in the deeper layers of the epidermis.  The use of liposomes and nanosomes allow these Actives to nourish and feed the skin at a cellular level, giving your skin cells what they really need to be healthy.  This allows us, in a very real way, to influence the appearance, texture, function and feel of your skin.  Healthy skin comes from healthy cells.

These Facials and the Products are based on the principles of Corneotherapy and are
