A BACK FACIAL is a Skin Treatment for the much neglected skin on the Back. Especially good for anyone who feels that the skin on their back could benefit from some attention, for women planning to wear a backless dress, or anyone with back acne in need of extractions or dry skin or simply in need of a little TLC.
During a Pure Face Works Back Facial the back area is treated to:
* a dry skin brush to stimulate the lymph and circulation
* a cleanse
* an invigorating exfoliation to remove dead skin cell build up & brighten the skin
* any extractions that are required
* a mask to further feed and treat the skin. This could be clay based for a deeper cleanse or hydrating for an extra nourish.
* a hot towel compress
* some Ayurvedic back massage with oils which includes some energy balancing work on the Marmas (energy points) located on your back (for more information see the Ayurvedic Facial)
* a nourishing & hydrating moisturiser to improve the skins texture.
* treatment concludes lying on your back to receive a cleanse, exfoliation and massage to the upper chest, neck, shoulders and upper arms.
