My name is Norah and I am an Holistic Skin Care Therapist offering Bespoke Facials in Bristol and Sidmouth in East Devon. Each Treatment is customised for your skin on the day of the Treatment.

I make use of cutting edge skin care technology - vitamins, peptides, plant enzymes, chirally correct actives, AHA's and enhanced delivery systems. I also work with antioxidants, organic aesthetics, natural clays, omega rich oils, natural botanicals and biomimetic/skin identical ingredients.
I am involved in on going research in to products and ingredients and use a selection of the best that I can find at any given time.
I fuse my approach to skin care with a wide range of massage modalities from the East & West to effect the cells of your skin, the connective tissue, muscles and all the sytems within your skin -
Ayurvedic Marma Therapy, Facial Acupressure, Natural Lift Face Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Swedish Massage and Fusion Face Massage Techniques.
I also layer in other technologies such as Direct and Indirect High Frequency, Ultrasound/sonophoresis, Vacuum Suction and LED Light Therapy.
I bring to my work an holistic approach to health, confidence in the power of therapeutic touch and a committment to intelligently formulated and non toxic skin care products.
The focus of my work is always to promote healthy skin because healthy skin will be more balanced, will not present you with problems, will be more able to repair and regulate itself, will function more like youthful skin and ultimately will look and feel great! My aim with my Treatments is always that they are both therapeutic and that they will change your skin in a way that you can see and feel.
